Becoming a member of Bristol City Supporters Trust means that you are a Bristol City fan who wants your voice to be heard. The Supporters Trust works tirelessly on behalf of City fans on a wide range of issues that affect supporters. While some of this work is high profile, such as our surveys and negotiations with the Club and design team in relation to the new stadium, other work is carried out quietly behind the scenes. Since its inception the Trust has played significant roles in issues such as match ticketing, the loyalty scheme, and re-opening the East End to home supporters. We're currently involved in trying to scrap bubble matches.

We've helped supporters mark significant events from our past including a Legends Night, the 100th anniversary of our FA Cup Final appearance and the 25th anniversary of the Ashton Gate 8.

Membership of the Trust means that you value having your voice heard in these ways, but most importantly your contribution means that you want to demonstrate that Bristol City is a community club and that you have a stake in it. Your membership of the Trust means that you own a small part of the Club as the Trust owns shares in Bristol City Holdings Ltd. Membership fees go towards increasing the stake that the Trust owns, re-confirming to Steve Lansdown and the board that the fans care and want to be heard.

As a volunteer organisation our overheads are low which means that the bulk of your membership income goes to the Club. Steve Lansdown has agreed that when we make the next share purchase that the company will use the money for the John Atyeo statue. It is income from membership fees that makes up the bulk of the funds raised so far for the Atyeo statue.

You can join from as little as £1 per month (or £5 per year for senior citizens and under 16s). Please visit the Trust website for more details and benefits of becoming a member: www.bristolcityst.org.uk/join
