The Bristol City Supporters Trust has produced two books. The first, 82 - The Year City Nearly Died, is a book to commemorate the events of 1982 which saw the Club on the brink of extinction but for the actions of the Ashton Gate 8. In October 2009 the Trust unveiled a commerative plaque in the shape of the figure 8 which is on the wall behind the Atyeo stand. We hope that the plaque and the book, which had a limited print run and stocks are running low, will act as a reminder of the importance that the football club has to its community. In 2009, we launched City Til I Die, a book of supporter memories about what it means to be a Bristol City fan. The book tells the tales from every spectrum of the fan base and leaves the reader reaffirmed and heartened. Supporting Bristol City is a great experience and City Til I Die sums up the experience wonderfully. As the producers of these two books, all profits go directly to the statue fund. The other books on this page generate a commission.
